My poor husband will be watching me this evening as with this beach ball attached to my belly I'll be stretching and unlocking my muscles.

I'm sure they do classes wherever you are but mine aren't local and comparing the cost of the two of them I decided to go with the DVD, I can do it more than once a week, it has loads of different exercises and I can talk back to the instructor too.
Will let you know how I get on tomorrow - as in - can I still walk or am I still stuck in the lotus position on my living room floor. Or has B had to lift me off the floor in agony and brought me to his Physiotherapist!
